  • Chef Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Non slip mat
  • Blender (jug or stick type)
  • Serving glass or reusable bottle
  • Spoon or spatula for scraping
  • Clean cloth

Ingredients
  

  • 160 ml whole milk
  • 50 g Rolled oats
  • 85 g greek yoghurt
  • 85 g frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 ripe banana
  • handful of Ice

Instructions
 

Peel and chop the banana:

  • Carefully peel the ripe banana and slice it into chunks using the knife and chopping board.

Add all ingredients to the blender:

  • Pour in the milk.
  • Add the oats, yoghurt, and honey.
  • Add the chopped banana and frozen blueberries.
  • Finish with a handful of ice.

Blend until smooth:

  • Place the lid securely on the blender and blend for 30–60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust (optional):

  • If needed, add a little more honey for sweetness or a splash more milk for a thinner consistency.

Serve immediately:

  • Pour into a glass or bottle. Enjoy chilled.
