Clean cloth
- 160 ml whole milk
- 50 g Rolled oats
- 85 g greek yoghurt
- 85 g frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 ripe banana
- handful of Ice
Peel and chop the banana:
Add all ingredients to the blender:
Pour in the milk.
Add the oats, yoghurt, and honey.
Add the chopped banana and frozen blueberries.
Finish with a handful of ice.
